Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

This page explains, in plain language, what information travita.co collects when you use the website, the contact form, or the chat assistant — and what happens to it afterward.

What we collect

If you use the contact form or chat assistant: your name, email address, the service you're asking about, your message, and (optionally) a preferred meeting time. If the chat assistant can't answer your question, it may also send our team a transcript of that conversation so a person can follow up properly.

Just by browsing the site: anonymized analytics — which pages you view, which links and buttons you click, and general technical details like browser type and approximate location (city/country level, from your IP address, never your exact address). We do not use this to identify you personally.

How we use it

Who your information passes through

How long we keep it

Contact-form and chat messages arrive in our email inbox and are kept there like any other business correspondence. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics under Google's standard retention settings. We don't maintain a separate marketing database.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets a small number of cookies to distinguish visitors and measure activity. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies from any other party.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email info@travita.co. If your message referenced a ticket ID from the chat assistant, include it so we can find the right conversation quickly.

Children

This site is intended for businesses, institutions and adult visitors, and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
