Sustainable energy

Power that keeps running when the grid does not.

Solar, storage and micro-grids designed from real load data and real supply constraints — for clinics, offices, farms and facilities that cannot afford to go dark.

Overview

What this service actually is

Most failed solar installations were not badly built. They were badly sized — specified from a brochure instead of from what the site actually consumes, then handed over with no training and no spare parts.

We start with measurement. What the load really is across a day and a season, what the grid actually does, what can be sourced and maintained locally. Only then does anything get specified.

The result is a system sized to the site, built from parts you can replace, with the people on site trained to run it.

There is no catch in the free option. It exists so you can judge whether we know what we are talking about before any money is discussed.

Initial assessment call

Free

A structured call to work out whether solar or storage makes sense for your site at all, roughly what scale you are looking at, and what it would take. If the answer is that it is not worth it, we will say so.

  • Understand your load and outage pattern
  • Rough scale and indicative cost band
  • What information you would need to gather
  • An honest view on whether it is worth doing
Paid engagement

Full design and delivery

Scoped per project

Site survey and load profiling, full system design, bill of materials, procurement support, installation supervision, commissioning and operator training — with documentation your team can actually use.

  • Load profiling and site survey
  • PV array, battery and inverter sizing
  • Bill of materials and procurement support
  • Installation supervision and commissioning
  • O&M training and written handover

How to start

What happens, step by step

No forms that disappear into nothing. Every request gets a ticket number and a reply within one business day.

1

Free assessment call

We work out the real question: capacity, resilience, cost, or all three.

2

Site survey and load profiling

Measured consumption across the day and season — not estimates from a datasheet.

3

Design and written scope

System design, bill of materials, indicative cost and timeline, in writing before anything is bought.

4

Build, commission, train

Installation supervision, commissioning tests, and training so your people can run and maintain it.

Why us

Why choose Travita over the alternatives

Four things that are genuinely different, not four ways of saying we care about quality.

Sized from measurement

We profile the actual load before specifying anything. Oversizing wastes money; undersizing fails in month three.

Designed for your supply chain

Specified around parts that can actually be sourced and replaced where you are, not what is cheapest on paper.

Built for unreliable grids

Our experience is in places where power is intermittent by default. That changes the design, not just the battery size.

Handover includes training

A system nobody on site can maintain is a system that stops working. Training and documentation are part of delivery.

Before you contact us

What to know and have ready

You do not need all of this — but the more you have, the more useful the first conversation is, and the faster you get a real answer.

  • Your electricity bills or meter readings for the last 12 months if you have them
  • How many hours of outage you get in a typical week
  • What absolutely cannot lose power — cold chain, servers, lighting, pumps
  • Available roof or ground area, and whether it is shaded
  • Who will maintain the system after handover
  • Any grid-connection or permitting rules that apply where you are

What we deliver

Services in this sector

Click any one to read the detail.

Is it viable, at what scale, at what cost, with what payback.

Load profiling, solar resource assessment, sizing options at different budget levels, indicative capital and operating cost, payback analysis, and a clear recommendation including the option of not proceeding.

Full technical design and bill of materials.

PV array layout and string design, battery bank sizing and chemistry selection, inverter and charge-controller specification, protection, earthing and cabling, single-line diagrams, and a complete bill of materials with alternates for constrained supply.

Getting the right equipment at a defensible price.

Specification writing, supplier identification and vetting, tender or RFQ documents, technical bid evaluation, and audit-ready documentation for donor-funded procurement.

Supervision, testing and handover.

Contractor supervision, installation quality checks, commissioning and performance testing against the design, snagging, as-built documentation, operator training and a written maintenance schedule.

Questions

Common questions

Yes. It exists so both of us find out quickly whether there is a real project here.

We specify and support procurement. Keeping specification separate from selling is what makes the specification trustworthy.

Often yes — remote design based on data you gather, with a local partner for the physical work. We will tell you honestly when a site visit is unavoidable.
